Tuesday Yoga is a beginner/mixed ability class which is suitable for everyone. The hall is a great space and there is plenty of parking. I have extra mats, blocks and belts if you don’t have your own. The class starts with gentle opening stretches and then we move through a series of standing and seated postures which work to open the body, calm the mind and enhance the breath.
